Is your back stopping you from doing something you love?

Have you been given a diagnosis for your back pain based on a scan or x-ray? Do you now feel that you have to permanently avoid lifting, bending, dancing, gardening or anything else that you’d love to do?

There are several factors that determine whether your back hurts. The structure is only one and may not be the most important. Many other factors can be addressed naturally without ever needing to ‘correct’ the structure. Research has changed our understanding in recent years and it is now clear that x-rays and scans do not dictate what we are capable of.

Have a look at the chart below and see if you can match your diagnosis. It shows the percentage of people in each age group with these findings on imaging who have NO pain or symptoms (based on a review of scientific studies including 3110 people).

Our bodies are naturally resilient and capable of accommodating the physical and emotional stresses of life. This means it is natural and normal to not be as ‘perfectly’ constructed as the man in the anatomy books.

I am passionate about helping others understand and experience the natural resilience of their body. If you have any questions about your diagnosis please call me on 0207 235 3471, I will be happy to talk to you and give my professional opinion for no charge.
